Add support for hidden channels

I think it would be best to either support checking channel modes (i.e. +s) or just have a list of config options of channels that are hidden. This would primarily be useful for the stats module to avoid exposing channels that aren't supposed to be public.

The current workaround is to run separate instances of phenny.
