Running bikeshed

Possible prereqs:

brew install python@2

Install:

git clone https://github.com/tabatkins/bikeshed.git
cd <location>/bikeshed
pip install --editable <location>/bikeshed
pip install pygments lxml --upgrade

Run:

python bikeshed.py spec ../didm-btcr/index.bs
