When CSS specifications get added (see #54) to the crawl, it will be useful to parse the CSS grammar to check for inconsistencies.

Note integration of a CSS grammar parser/checker was done in 9b018d1 and in previous commits.

Reffy now crawls all CSS specs. See #110 for a list of issues identified. The analysis does not yet surface the results so keeping this issue open for now.

Closing as surfacing the results is now a Strudy concern.
