The paint-on example in https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/REC-ttml2-20181108/#paint-on-example is not working.
There is an explicit region defined (r1) but the body/div/p do not refer to it, thus no content gets displayed when played in the IMSC.js renderer.
Simply adding region="r1" to the div fixes the problem.

Looks like a regression - it's fine in TTML1 at https://www.w3.org/TR/ttml1/#paint-on-example
