It would be nice to have links in issues referring to the relevant discussion.

Ideally a tool could generate links in the commit message and/or post links to relevant anchors directly in the issues.

We discussed having a post-commit hook (in our meetings repo) that will scan minutes and generate a link into the relevant minutes...
