About Chinese translation

Chinese translation currently used is done by Vmoe, but it is noted that there are still many unreasonable aspects. Here are a few examples.

Origin	Current Chinese translation	P.S.
Timing	计时	This translation is very inappropriate. "时间轴" is more suitable.
Kanji Timer	汉字计时器	If you don't read the docs, you have no idea of its function. (sounds like calculating the time required for Kanji) "汉字K值配对" may be more suitable.
Snap Start/End to Video	视频抓取为开始/结束时间	设置开始/结束时间到视频 (maybe there could be a better translation than this)
Split lines before/after current frame	以当前帧前/后分割行	在当前帧前/后分割行
Split at cursor (estimate times)	在光标处分割（概略计时）	估算时间

However, it remains to be discussed whether the above translation needs to be changed, as the Aegisub docs translated by Vmoe also uses the above translation, which can cause confusion if changed.

The following lines are some minor changes.

我知道，主要是这里人多一点，而且是中文相关的问题，就发这了。还是想讨论一下翻译，毕竟也不能直接提 pr 改（原因上文提过）

I think it would be great if you could get the source and use something like POEDIT to edit it yourself...
If you need to discuss, I recommend using Crowdin or Transifex.

If you use something like Notepad to erase all the '#~', you can use POEDIT or Crowdin to edit the initial translation.

I did use Poedit to create a translation for my own use. But as I mentioned above, the revised translation is inconsistent with the translation in the manual, which can cause confusion.

If you're using Poedit, the translations from the old version have been modified with '#~' to make them invisible to Poedit, so please do that and get the update from the POT file when you're done.
Of course, even after all that work, the localization files are not enough to cover everything, but you can work on all the translated parts.
It supports mo compilation with Poedit, so you can try and check it.

Things are mostly wrapping up for 3.4.0, and I plan to cut the release by the end of the year.
