User signups should not make any mandatory requirements about "real names" #1

Firstly, any sort of name-splitting or name validation scheme you might imagine is harmful.

Some people only have one name.

Secondly, that wording about "Real" and "Legal" names is itself somewhat problematic if people try to follow it, some of the technical reasons are listed above, but there are substantial sectors of society who justifiably don't use their real name.
