Started seeing this error upon starting a sync.

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/##########/wp-content/plugins/CDN-Sync-Tool-master/lib/Cst.php on line 530 and defined in /home/#########/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992

You're correct. We're using the $wpdb->prepare statement incorrectly. We'll get this nailed down.

Any progress on this one? I am seeing the same error with WP 3.8

I'm sorry, but this fork is no longer being maintained. We have moved to a different CDN setup.
