On fedora23:

# ~dwragg/work/weaveworks/go/src/github.com/weaveworks/weave/weave run -itd --name=foo4 ubuntu
sh: can't create /container/hosts: Permission denied

(With the proxy, 'docker run' simply seems to hang.)

1.1.2 works.

Looks like an selinux issue, so it probably affects all centos and fedora.
