• Review and publish the planning process section of Add a proposal for the Interop 2024 process #390

Here is the proposed agenda for Sept 7th meeting

• nairnandu: Review backlog of items to call for proposals on Sept 14th
  • chrishtr: we should clarify the intake period and when proposal authors will receive feedback
  • jgraham: we can add that as an update to the Interop project readme PR Add information about the Interop Project to the README #394
  • foolip: Updated and merged PR#394 for Interop 2024 timelines
  • jgraham: PR Update focus area issue template for 2024. #385 will be landed ahead of the launch date
  • nairnandu: comms briefing - any concerns?
    • jgraham: plans for comms will continue as with last year
    • chrishtr: include mastodon as well
  • foolip: we should have an Interop 2024 readme which is linked from the main readme
  • jgraham: agreed. The 2024 readme can list the proposal selection process as we go along. Timeline and making a proposal bit should be upfront (at the top). Link to what makes a good proposal in the main readme.
  • AI: [nairnandu] Update the initial 2024 readme based on today’s discussion and raise a PR
• Review and publish the planning process section of Add a proposal for the Interop 2024 process #390
  • nairnandu: defer the proposal selection process part of this PR for later (after Sept. 14th)
  • jgraham: it’s not on the critical path for next week as we have merged Add information about the Interop Project to the README #394.
