ember-component-css doesn't support CSS hot reloading #109

Ember 2 comes with styles autorefresh without page reload, ember-component-css doesn't break livereload of styles but forces the page to be reloaded which defeats the purpose of style autoreload .

Now works as of the 0.2.0 betas.
