[Feature Request] Tracking http usage to help make clean-up easier

One of the issues with cleaning up a large site is that there's no easy log of anything http.

A useful option would be enabling logging for HTTP content, so admins have an idea of where to focus efforts. Obviously, there is a drawback of speed, but once the issues are fixed, the plugin would be removed.
