Currently, it does not seem to work. We might have to take a look at it.
However, doxygen is not included in either meta-oe or meta-webosose.

Please see http://arago-project.org/git/?p=meta-arago.git;a=tree;f=meta-arago-extras/recipes-devtools/doxygen;h=dfb5b59130fe08a2fdb682bbf251aba0580bd177;hb=refs/heads/morty to get doxygen recipe. Also, you need to append DISABLE_STATIC="" in the recipe to fix build error.
