WordPress 4.4 added built-in support for responsive images. It would be great if the featured images outputted by [pagelist_ext] integrated this support; it would make loading on mobile connections much faster.

I should clarify, I'm specifying one of the other built-in image sizes (medium) that isn't cropped, so having responsive image support makes building a responsive layout easier (and minimizes loading times).
