User should be able to initiate Helm task types without using existing task dependencies

Problem:

This plugin strongly couples the custom task type implementation to its instances and their configuration (e.g. task dependencies). Under certain conditions, a user wants to have full control on how this should work and provide her own wiring.

Solution:

The code should be structured in a way that capabilities can be used separate from conventions. For more information, see this section in the Gradle guide.
