Override xdg-open/open

Thank you for the plugin. The http(s) works great, however, the file:// based links oscillate between Textedit and Xcode. I scanned through the source and it wasn't apparent, but it would be nice if we could override file:// links with say NeoVim (i.e. /usr/local/bin/nvim).
