[Feat.] Support Mastodon API-compatible non-Mastodon Instances?

Hi,

I run anarchist.au (runs on a Mastodon soft-fork called Catstodon) and dystopia.zip (runs on Iceshrimp.NET, a FireFish/Misskey fork in C#).

Currently, Mastify works fine for anarchist.au, but when I attempt to log in to dystopia.zip it says "Failed to retrieve instance information". I should note that when using Sharkey, a different Misskey fork that has a different Mastodon API implementation to Iceshrimp.NET, I can log in but checking the home page gives the error

I'm going to talk to the Iceshrimp devs about this as well (on their Zulip) and I'm happy to help with testing or whatever you need for Iceshrimp.NET, but I'm no coder so my useful-ness may be limited.
