Likely uses Widevine. You can try the patcher program mentioned here #1006 (comment)

If that doesn't work, you may have to use Firefox ESR for Widevine protected content.

... The service requires an account (log-in) to even get access to the streams themselves (and then be able to test whether they're DRM'ed or NOT); I also suspect geo-fencing might also be at play here; so, without having a Portuguese IP address and a NOSTV account, it's actually hard to troubleshoot this 😜 ...

FWIW, I tried to load the site with an older Chromium based browser on my Vista SP2 x86 laptop, and I got this:

nostvpt

My Portuguese is rusty (that's an understatement 😄 ), but I think they're demanding Win10+ and the very latest version of a supported browser; this is a good indication they're wanting the latest Widevine CDM (v4.10.2830.0), to be found in very recent versions of Chrome or Firefox (now both compatible with only Win10/11) ...

already tried on a more recent version of windows and chrome and it worked.

Whether "they" (NOSTV) additionally require WV VMP-security is impossible to tell beforehand; if they don't, then patching the official Widevine DLL with the tool referenced above might offer a solution, else you can use, on Windows 7 SP1, ONLY the latest official Firefox 115esr and only until the end of April 2025 (starting in March, Google will roll out the next version of their Widevine CDM; it is right now unknown whether Mozilla will extend, once again, 115esr's support for Win7 and how they'll respond to the new CDM's OS requirements 😉 ) ...
