Visualizer: tool position display

The tool position in the visualizer is displayed by a cone object. In top view this is shown as a circle that makes it hard to position it carefully. It could be useful if in a top view, tool position was represented with a crosshair to be able to see precisely where it lies.

Also right clicking to select a position , in order to jog to there or reset machine reference to that point, could use a snap to profile function: if snap is active the selected point is restricted to be on the machining gcode path.
