0xC0000005 when using "Run As..." #2368

It will great to provide crash dump, so that it is possible to examine what went wrong. |

Press "System" in upper left corner, select "Run As", then type "CMD", and you get "0xC0000005" memory error in 3.2 versions. There is no error in any 3.1 versions. |
Brief description of your issue
Trying to run CMD as System by going to System, selecting "Run As...", then typing CMD, and pressing enter. The result is 0xC0000005 error. Previous versions of System Informer did not produce this error.
