List of breakages when migrating to v2 using the adapter

Issue Description

We recently upgraded a project from RN 0.43 to 0.56 and also upgrade RNN to v2 using the v1-v2 adapter and noticed a few breakages:

• BottomTab textColor set back to default as mentioned in switchToTab crashes app & bottom tabs colour problem #5 (See screenshot below, text should be grey like icons and was in v1)
• TopBar in android is showing back up even though we are hiding it using v1 api as mentioned here Hide Topbar on Android wix/react-native-navigation#3843
• StatusBar styling is broken on Android and we are unable to set light style status bar
• The now now rotates on android which didn't previously occur using v1
