There is an issue with train disruptions where it is not showing the correct severity level. This seems to only occur if it is a manual disruption put in by the RTCC team.

If it is scraped from West Midlands Railway's website it correctly shows the disruption level.

I think this may be caused by an issue within the API, this ticket is to investigate the cause.

This is out of scope as it is either caused by the API or something else in the backend. I'll email Janna and Stuart to discuss with them
