Argo marine floats WCMP2 discovery metadata and notification

I hope that opening a ticket is the right way to refine the Argo float metadata sheet and its notification sheet.

Here are the draft for Argo discovery metadata and notification:

• int-coriolis-argo-core.json
• coriolis-msg-argo-core-notification.json
• coriolis-msg-argo-core-notification-WithPositionAndParameters.json : it contains the observation position and observed parameters

Is an enriched version of the notification sheet allowed?

Notification messages allow for (very) limited creativity.
You can check they are conforming using https://pypi.org/project/pywis-pubsub/
Then, for WCMP2 metadata same thing. Compliance using https://pypi.org/project/pywcmp/
Is coriolis.int a known domain for providing argo data ?
The centre-id is preferable based on the domain name of the centre providing the data.
So, if coriolis.int doesn't exist, it should be ifremer.fr or something like that.
