View datasets and subscribe to topics in a user friendly way

User story

As a data-manager, I want to have a single interactive portal that connects to a global broker, so that I can browse the Global Discovery Catalogue, subscribe to topics that I'm interested in, and download data ad hoc in an easy and seamless way. That is, I do not want to use separate applications nor edit local configuration files to achieve each of these things.

Acceptance criteria

• User is able to search and filter the Global Discovery Catalogue in a web portal.
• User is able to click a 'subscribe' button on a dataset to subscribe to the associated topic.
• User is able to download data to a predefined storage location.
• A method of authentication is added.
• The above functionalities are provided by a single web portal.

Definition of done

• unit/functional tests added/updated
• documentation updated
• live demonstration provided
