Follow up from #5426 which tracks adding documentation in wc-admin repo.

Deliverables

  • Introduce the Navigation to WooCommerce developers.
  • Explain what changes are coming and why.
  • Include a rollout timeline so developers have time to prepare.
  • Include a link to the documentation.
  • Add integration instructions
