Reader: Likes Made While Filtering by Topic Get Removed on Refresh

Expected behavior

Likes made while filtering by topic should remain even after the screen is refreshed.

Actual behavior

Likes made while filtering by topic get removed after the screen is refreshed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Reader > Filter > Topics
2. Select a topic
3. Like a post
4. Pull down on the screen to refresh it
5. The like is removed

Tested on:

• iPhone SE 2022
• iOS 16.5.1
• Jetpack iOS 23.0

I'm going to change the priority to low because it only happens if you refresh during the requests. Ideally, the app could keep track of the in-progress requests.
