Analytics Dashboard observes OOM behaviours for Report Generation

Description:
The persisted aggregation read only true property is for widgets and report generation siddhi application in the 3.2.0 version as a solution for possible OOM behaviours in dashboard nodes.
In the 3.1.0 version persisted aggregation read only true property is available only in widget configurations and the siddhi application-related change should be backported.
