WSO2 SP internationalization issue

Description:

Despite WSO2 SP supports internationalization by introducing .json file in a required language, There are several keywords and sentences that remain untranslated due to strings are hardcoded and internationalization function is not used for every English string.

Steps to reproduce:

For Example:
Login to the Dashboard portal at https://:9643/portal. Then click on Widget option from the top right of the Home page. Now click on Add button. This will open the Add Widget page which remains untranslated.

Upon Investigation, the hardcoded string was found inside /home/wso2carbon/wso2sp-4.4.0/wso2/dashboard/deployment/web-ui-apps/portal/public/js/bundle.js file.
