Description

Implement upgrade of existing clients to crypto4.

The upgrade to protocol V4.0 requires an authenticated upgrade. This means that users have to provide a password or PIN to perform the upgrade and optionally must authenticate with biometrics to also upgrade the biometric key.

Cover the upgrade to crypto4 with tests.
