The user should be able to toggle whether the component uses a

vs.
vs. tag as its containing element. This will help our sites be more accessible.

Make this a page setting, where the user selects the slot that contains the main section, rather than a checkbox set on each slot. Components will then pull in whether its slot is the main section, then change the markup accordingly.
