Headings for each section type on utilities and components pages

THE IDEA:

Have headings or title bars for each section type on the design system website:

• Demo or Visual Example
• HTML Code
• CSS Code (not available yet)
• CleanSlate Implementation Notes (already available on components pages - example below)

PROBLEM

When land on the "Backpage Main" component, the example text kind of confused me. Wasn't really sure what I was looking at since the default filler text was the first thing I started looking at (example below).

SOLUTION

Apply title bars for each example or displayed code block that you have on the utilities and components pages. Follow the example that already exists with CleanSlate Implementation Notes (without the title bar this example has no context)
