The all important changelog entry. I've neglected the ### Doumentation heading because this is the only item so far.

A simple way to handle version agnostic docs.

This looks great! It will be a big help to folks trying to make the upgrade.

As you make the upgrade for PolicyStat, please keep an eye for things that you need to change that would be helpful to document here.
