Found another one.
0487 (DCTP&Neg) works only on usotsuki

Buddy, TL source is the TransLation Source. The timing in all the translation files is for DVD Sources like usotsuki.

Well, shouldn't the source be the same timing. Like this.

That was the original timing.
This project is to soft-sub DC and modify the timing for Higher Quality Raws, in this case the DVD files.

This not true at all. I can't use the subs with usotsuki on most DCTP subs, but it does sync like the screenshot above.

I'm using sushi to sync it properly since some are not synced well with raws

Here's a list of episodes that I know need retiming:

168 (barely)
227 (a bit backwards)
230 (really bad)
236 (really bad)
237 (really bad)
242 (really bad)
252 (really bad)
276 (really bad)
277 (extremely small)
288 (a bit backwards)
291 (really bad)
292 (really bad)
293 (really bad)
297 (barely)
336 (extremely small)
338 (extremely small)
385 (extremely small)
401 (really bad)
402 (really bad)
411 (small)
412 (really bad)
425 (small)
426 (really bad)
429 (really bad)
430 (really bad)
432 (extremely small)
435 (really bad)
436 (really bad)
439 (extremely small --one frame)
441 (extremely small)
442 (extremely small --one frame)
445 (extremely small --one frame)
446 (really bad)
447 (really bad)
448 (really bad)
449 (really bad)
450 (really bad)
451 (really bad)
452 (really bad)
457 (really bad)
458 (really bad)
459 (really bad)
460 (really bad)
461 (really bad)
462 (really bad)
463 (really bad)
464 (really bad)
465 (really bad)
466 (small)
467 (really bad)
468 (really bad)
469 (really bad)
470 (really bad)
471 (really bad)
472 (really bad)
473 (small)
474 (small)
475 (really bad)
476 (really bad)
477 (really bad)
478 (really bad)
480 (small)
481 (really bad)
482 (really bad)
483 (really bad)
484 (really bad)
485 (bad)
486 (really bad)
487 (really bad)
489 (kinda bad)
490 (kinda bad)
491 (kinda bad)
492 (small)
493 (kinda bad)
494 (kinda bad)

And yeah there's no guarantee the timing matches up with hardsubs, as that's not the goal.
