• fix the properties (Fix the units and dimensionality properties #31)
• rework and document the global registry mechanism (Create global reference to default registry on import? #7, CF units / udunits #26, add a module-global registry #32)

@jthielen, what do you think about releasing after merging #31 and #32? I think it should be fine to include sel / loc in 0.2.
