Update xtensor

xtensor-blas install failed,log is blew:

I have not been able to reproduce your problem on either Windows or Linux. What os are you using ?

in my debian12,"xtensor 0.24.3","xtl 0.7.4","xtensor-blas 0.20.0" is installed before,when i update xmake and xrepo, "xtensor 0.24.7 " is installed,with "xtl 0.7.6",but in source code ,it depend on 0.7.5, xtl donot have this version in xrepo(0.7.4 and 0.7.6),when i reinstall "xtensor-blas 0.20.0",it show info up comment, so it install "xtl 0.7.5 " manually, it resloved.

I see two ways to fix your problem:

1. Uninstall all xtensor related packages
2. Make a PR to add blas config to xtensor (like simd) and add a versions map between xtensor/xtensor-simd versions , xtensor/xtl and xtensor/xtensor-blas
