The system admins team of xFusionCorp Industries has set up a new tool on all app servers, as they have a requirement to
create a service user account that will be used by that tool. They are finished with all apps except for App Server 2
in Stratos Datacenter.
Create a user named rose in App Server 2 without a home directory.

step 1: Login to each of the application servers
    b: ssh steve@172.16.238.11

Step 2: Create a new user
    a: sudo useradd --no-create-home rose

Step 3: Check is user exists
    a: sudo cat /etc/shadow | grep -i rose

Step 3: check if /home/rose exists (it shouldn't)
    a: ls /home | grep -i rose
