IMO xcKMA-WMOVR APR is wrong in the solarbeam dashboard

our reward apr:
36500*((103405160105798572800/10^18)*0.1 + (29999999999980800/10^12)*0.0019)/((55496201047323471402*327.01589045809965/10^18)) = 135.436959
solarbeam dashboard reward apr:
36500*((103405160105798572800/10^18)*0.1 + (29999999999980800/10^18)*0.0019)/((55496201047323471402*327.01589045809965/10^18)) = 20.797223

they have used decimals as 18 for xcKMA but it should be 12
