Memory spike caused by resizing windows

Hello there! I love this extension, just that, it would seem that this extension can cause memory spikes (video is sped up 2x). It would seem that a lot of them are cache memory as :

• if i do sync; echo 3 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
  • while the app that i resized the window so much is still open, then it would drop, but not nearly back to what it was before the spike, or;
  • while if i drop chaches after i close the app that got its window resized so much, it would return back to normal, or near normal

let me know if I can report on debugging, as i do not know how to debug this
