As CodePair Versioning is being implemented, the GitHub Actions configuration needs to be modified to align with the new versioning system. This update should include support for Docker Publish and automatic deployment of GitHub Pages whenever a new release is created. Please note that Docker Publish for the latest version should remain consistent with the current deployment process.

Why is this needed:
This update is essential to enhance the clarity and maintainability of the GitHub Actions configuration for CodePair. By ensuring that Docker images are published and GitHub Pages are updated with each new release, we can simplify the deployment process and improve overall visibility for users and contributors.
