A feature suggestion for later on: add a way to validate the current activity against the standard, to get feedback on what is still missing.

One way may be to add an extra workflow phase after completed: "validated".

When a user marks an activity as completed, it will be presented with indicators or messages when it does not yet pass the standard. If it validates, it is moved to stage "validated", and ready for review before being published.
