AidStream producing empty file: one to watch (rare?) #118

AidStream produces empty file: error picked up by Rory via Validator (see screenshot below). Fixed by republishing but maybe one to watch. This was for http://www.aidstream.org/files/xml/ftm-291333-activities.xml

Aidstream has produced another empty file - https://aidstream.org/files/xml/redeenkind-activities.xml for Stichting Red een Kind
