One organisation I worked with printed several help texts of AidStream and the descriptions in the IATI standard for a few elements, and they don't always seem to indicate exactly the same. (Sorry, no concrete examples at hand...)

It did trigger a thought that it may be useful to go over the help texts again, and offer additional guidance with a separate "verbatim copy" of the IATI standard description, or with proper links to elements and code lists.

Since many AidStream users are NGOs of some sort, it may even be possible to provide NGO-specific guidance (for instance: based on the reporting organisation type given in the settings).

Found one from my notes: the help text in Participating Organisation for Organisation Role does not match the IATI description:

AidStream: There are four organisation role codes: Funding (the organisation managing the funds); Extending (the government entity or agency within an institution financing the activity from its own budget); Implementing (the intermediary organisation between the extending agency and the ultimate beneficiary - these are also known as executing agency or channel of delivery); and, Accountable (the organisation which is accountable for the implementation of the activity).
