Since d7543a9 on the dev-indep branch Invidious is no longer needed for the /video/<id> route (Watch video page). Although it is perfectly working, a proxy will be needed to stream the video to the client as for now the client streams it from googlevideo.

We can take the Invidious approach. More info can be found here: iv-org/invidious#1325

I will be investigating.
