Feature: add department to user profile

Feature Description

As the ORD metadata also holds institutions as contact roles, these institutions require to be users. The names of this institutions referenced in ORD are institutions like zalf or universtity of bonn, or even subinstitutions like working groups. To not write this relation into firstname or givenname we need to add a department field to the users objects in zalf geonode
