Windows support

It seems rosys doesn't support windows 10 ,X64 with python3.11.5, Installation on the doc doesn't specify linux

Hi @v479038280,

Actually I wasn't aware of uvloop not being available for Windows. But we could probably make it an optional dependency.
I'll turn this discussion into a feature request.

We decided to add a note to the documentation that RoSys requires Unix-like systems: a5f16a6
Nevertheless, I'll leave this feature request open to maybe improve compatibility with Windows later.

If we could choose to remove uvloop on windows or just replace it with asyncio ,I couldn't find uvloop in the code of rosys,

uvloop is picked up by uvicorn automatically if available and brings additional speed.

There are also other features which only work on unix systems (like scanning for network devices).
But we would gladly review a pull request which makes uvloop only install on unix systems. It's just not something we would work on ourself right now.
