Add more flavors

Along with renewing focus on the Kinoite flavor, I want to explore adding more desktop variants:

• Budgie
• Pantheon
  • Would require a lot more work since there's no pantheon spin to base on

The biggest con to doing this is that I myself primarily use the main (GNOME) flavor, so any other flavors would have a lot less active testing
