I added `zendframework/zend-resources` to the global `composer.json` file @ `replace` to make it installable without installing the hole framework. *NOTE:* The package `zendframework/zend-resources` is also missing on https://packages.zendframework.com/

@marc-mabe should it then also be referenced in areas where it might be used? Basically a suggested package for zend-validate, zend-i18n, zend-captcha |
