Is your enhancement proposal related to a problem? Please describe.
I propose the addition of a driver for the tmp117 temperature sensor.
This sensor is very similar to the tmp116, which is already supported by the zephyr.
The difference between the two sensors is that tmp117 has more precision than tmp116.

Describe the solution you'd like
The driver can be added by making minimal changes to the existing tmp116 driver.
