Describe the bug
After twister campaign has been run, a json report is generated.
This generation is abnormally time consuming:

22 hours for report generation

To Reproduce
Run a build twister campaign (with at least few thousands builds)

Expected behavior
Report generation should not impact test bench availability

Impact
Blocks test bench ...
