It's possible that this code will end in a commercial project, would it be possible to know what the license is?
Can I assume it's MIT, the same as the original project?

The original project is MIT, so anything similar is OK. MIT, BSD, CC etc.

Use at your own risk, I actually got some complaint that using such an icon is meaningless and a waste of canvas LOL.
